2. Eligibility

To use our services or access certain features of our Site, you must:

Provide accurate and current information about yourself and your vehicle during the process of requesting quotes, booking shipments, and using our services.

By using this Site and our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Site or our services.

3. Services Provided

KR Trucking LLC offers vehicle shipping services across the contiguous 48 states of the United States. Our services include:

Car, SUV, Van, Bus, Truck, Motorcycle, Heavy Equipment and Boat Shipping: We transport vehicles using open or enclosed carriers, depending on your preference.
Specialty Vehicle Transport: We also transport specialty vehicles such as ATVs, UTVs, RVs, and other unique vehicles.
Door-to-Door Shipping: We offer door-to-door transport services, picking up and delivering your vehicle at the specified locations.
Expedited Shipping: Customers can opt for expedited services, which prioritize pickup and delivery within a shorter timeframe.
Broker Services: While KR Trucking LLC primarily operates as a carrier, customers agree that KR Trucking LLC may also act as a transport broker in instances where third-party carriers are used to facilitate the transportation of vehicles.

3.1 Service Limitations

We do not ship vehicles to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the contiguous United States.
Certain services may not be available in all locations, depending on the accessibility and logistical challenges of a particular region.

4. Use of Our Website

The distance between pickup and delivery locations.
The type, size, and weight of your vehicle.
The selected transport method (open or enclosed).
The availability of carriers.
The time of year and current market demand.

Quotes provided are estimates and subject to change based on actual conditions at the time of booking. Any changes to the vehicle’s condition, size, or transport requirements after the quote is provided may result in a change in price.

5.3 No Hidden Fees

KR Trucking LLC prides itself on transparent pricing with no hidden fees. All costs will be disclosed upfront, including any additional fees for services such as expedited shipping or difficult-to-access locations.

6. Booking and Payment Terms

6.1 Booking a Shipment

To confirm a shipment, customers must agree to the final quote and provide any required information, including:

Accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
Preferred transport method (open or enclosed).
Vehicle details, including make, model, and condition.
Preferred dates for pickup and delivery (subject to availability).

Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation detailing the shipment and payment terms.

6.2 Payment

Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. KR Trucking LLC may require a deposit or full payment upfront, depending on the scope of the service. Payment can be made by PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods as specified during booking.

Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the shipment and additional fees.

7. Insurance and Liability

7.1 Insurance Coverage

KR Trucking LLC provides insurance coverage for all vehicles transported by our carriers. This coverage protects your vehicle from damages that occur during transport, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. You are encouraged to review the insurance policy for details regarding coverage limits, deductibles, and exclusions.

7.2 Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in operable condition (unless otherwise agreed upon), and you must disclose any mechanical issues or modifications at the time of booking. Failure to disclose such information may result in additional fees or refusal of service.

You are also responsible for preparing your vehicle for transport by removing all personal belongings, cleaning the vehicle for inspection, and ensuring the gas tank is no more than a quarter full.

7.3 Damage Claims

In the unlikely event of damage during transport, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt and report it to KR Trucking LLC within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the insurance provider to resolve the claim in a timely manner. Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

8.1 Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking prior to the scheduled pickup date. Cancellation requests must be made in writing or by contacting our customer service team. The following cancellation terms apply:

Before Pickup: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, you may be eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable deposits or fees.
Within 48 Hours of Pickup: If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee may apply.
After Pickup: Once the vehicle has been picked up, no refunds will be issued.

8.2 Refunds

Refunds for canceled shipments will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request, subject to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information provided is accurate, complete, or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KR Trucking LLC, its affiliates, or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury.
